How we work

A few principles, in case they don't suit you.

Travel is real.

Most roles involve 25–40% on-site travel. We pair that with serious flexibility the rest of the time. We don't run an office-attendance scoreboard.

Writing matters.

Half the value of an engagement is in the report. We expect engineers to write — clearly, briefly, and for a skeptical reader. We coach this.

No second-class engineers.

Practice leads still ship designs. Founders still take site visits. The senior people on the org chart are the same senior people who pick up the analyzer.
